Calamansack Waterings
An utterly gorgeous new retreat along the river with a sauna and a hot tub. Set amongst three and a half acres of garden on the banks of the Helford River, this charming coastal home feels as though it’s been plucked from a novel — fitting, given Frenchman’s Creek, of Daphne du Maurier fame, sits just across the water. With six bedrooms and as many bathrooms, oodles of space inside and out, and one of the biggest water frontages on the Helford.
The Cob Barn
An exciting new arrival! Tucked into the gentle folds of the Maen Valley, just a ten-minute stroll from the sheltered sands of Swanpool Beach, The Cob Barn is a beautifully realised conversion of a former farm barn on the historic Roscarrack Farm estate. Neighbouring the much-loved Long Barn, this is a cottage that has been brought to life with heritage character and contemporary comfort in equal measure.
White Wings
Just a moment’s walk from the vibrant high street, White Wings offers an immersive experience into the heart of the charming, harbourside town, of Falmouth. The high street is lined with independent shops, galleries, and cafes.
Morning Star
Along the coastal footpath of the wooded, idyllic Restronguet Creek you will spy Morning Star, an adorable, waterside hideaway, recently transformed to provide all the home comforts in the most enchanting setting.

Our founder and family member, Ruth Austen, first shared her passion for the area we call home way back in 1978, promising only the best in cottages and care. Today, her values remain at the heart of all we do at Cornish Holiday Cottages. We’re a small and friendly team, and all local to the area. All our stays are close by and we know them from tip to toe. So we’re on hand. And you can be sure you’ll be looked after as one of the family. Just as Ruth would’ve liked.
