Falmouth and Helford River constantly seduce and surprise, with no two moments the same. It’s why we love our little corner of the world and why we know you will too.

Whether it’s creekside retreats for hiding out, beachfront apartments for stepping out, or countryside boltholes for drying out by the fire – dogs and all, ours is a small curated collection that we can’t wait to share with you.

We don’t do endless listings and we don’t do overpromising descriptions. We just do holiday homes that speak volumes in a place that you’ll fall head-over-heels for – paired with customer care that you can count on, day and night.

Because your holiday happiness makes our world go round. That and the occasional sea swim after work, of course.

We have an office in the heart of the area that we manage – open 6 days a week. Plus for your comfort and convenience, we are on call 24/7, 365 days of the year. So if you need us we are available.

You can guarantee that someone in our office has visited all of the properties we manage. If you have any questions about the properties and we can’t answer the question on the spot, we will find out the answer and call you back.

As a company, we believe in keeping the rates of the holiday homes we manage reasonable. We do not excessively increase the rates at peak times. We know that bringing up children is expensive enough! Naturally, the school holidays are the peak periods, so supply and demand means that this is the more costly time to holiday. However, unlike some agents, we do not triple the prices.

Being local we frequently visit the cottages we manage and of course, our wonderful band of caretakers/changeover cleaners are there on a weekly basis. Our Property Inspector carries out a more formal inspection annually and her reports are read, discussed and copied in the office, before forwarding to the owner for their input and action.

We aim to provide you with a true picture of all of our properties and therefore we frequently re-shoot the cottage images. There are no ‘out of date’ pictures on our site. We believe in frank cottage descriptions and the regular feedback we receive tells us that you appreciate our honesty.

We are a long-established agency with strong roots and great local connections. We have a huge database of regular visitors, some who have been with us since the seventies!

We have a knowledgeable team of maintenance people, plumbers, electricians and appliance engineers on hand to deal with problems and emergencies as they occur.

Taking care of our environment is very important to us. We are a member of CoaST, the Cornwall Sustainable Tourism Project and an ‘Ambassador of Good Practice’. Please see our Environmental Policy for further details.

Why do we only feature properties within a ten-mile radius of Falmouth?

Our office is based in Mawnan Smith, just outside of Falmouth, and we all live in the area. We manage properties not further than a ten-minute drive away, so that if you need us, we can get to you quickly.

We are all local people, who live and work in the beautiful area we promote. The very fact that we are locals means that you can lean on us for recommendations and top tips of where to visit. We enjoy a challenge and can ensure you we have heard all sorts! Please give us a try.
