There’s the comfortable and well thought out interior, complemented by a secluded, sun-trap, enclosed garden for lounging and alfresco dining.

You can arrive at Palm Cove, park the car and leave it in the same spot for your entire holiday if you wish. Falmouth town is just a ten-minute walk away and from here you can catch ferries and boats to St Mawes, the Helford, Truro and Flushing. Feel the wind in your hair and enjoy the sights of Falmouth from the water.
Falmouth enjoys a vibrancy throughout the year, including, to name a few events, the Sea Shanty Festival in June, the Oyster Festival mid-October and Falmouth Week in August.​
With a maritime history rooted in and around the water it’s no wonder the National Maritime Museum Cornwall, on Discovery Quay, is a firm favourite with visitors. Pendennis Castle, Henry VIII’s finest coastal fortress, perched high on the point is another interest point, or at least worth a stroll around the perimeter for the wonderful views.
No visit to this area is complete without a day on the unspoilt Helford River, just a short drive, or a 90 minute walk from Falmouth. Take a picnic, or grab a bite to eat at the waterside Ferry Boat Inn, at Helford Passage. For the rugged, breath taking coastal vista walks head further west to The Lizard. St Ives and its charming arts scene are best visited in spring and autumn. The Eden Project is 45 minutes away and a real treat for the senses.

We felt soooo comfortable at Palm Cove, and had a lot of privacy and beautiful light. The amenities were modern and easy to enjoy (oven, stove, fridge, freezer, toaster, fireplace, washer/dryer, rain and handheld shower combo, towel warmer, vacuum cleaner, etc.) It's a super quiet location, but 5-15 minutes walking to all of our favorite places. We took pre-breakfast walks between Pendennis Point and Gylly Beach. It was paradise. The mattress was great an the bedroom has a perfect complement of a mirror valet stand and a towel rail--we try to pack fairly light so these furniture items were really useful. Another nice surprise was the welcome bottle of wine and snacks. Don't worry about buying basic staples like salt/pepper/oils, because they're there. Plenty of cooking pans and utensils. The only thing we could have used (we improvised) was a carrot peeler. Oh, and finding the cutlery drawer was a brain twister, but we eventually figured it out ;-) The patio area has an adjustable awning that helped us keep the apartment cool on the days that the sun was blazing. The long entryway with the low and high shelves, hooks, and shoe bench at the end was very useful and helped keep us organized and prevent a bunch of sand from getting deeper into the apartment. We will definitely try to snag this spot again in the future...I'm sort of hoping my review doesn't block out availability...but I also want to give a big thumbs up when it's due.
