  Great apartment in a brilliant area, so close to the town centre, ferries, buses and trains. Well equipped and very clean.

  Stayed a few times but things are getting a bit tired,a little bit of maintenance wouldn’t go an mis. The curtain tie in the main bedroom has come away from the wall,I had to fix the shower head as was leaking,shower doors don’t shut properly so water leaks onto the floor. In the main living room the curtains are ripped and have stains on them. The balcony is in a poor condition with the hand rail in need of attention as does the decking and the outside furniture is not fit for purpose being very rusty and could easily cut someone. And the non stick frying pan isn’t.

  Location and view excellent. Apartment comfortable although a bit warmer than we're used to! We could faintly hear bands playing in Events Square, but the apartment was surprisingly quiet considering its central location.

  This apartment is in an amazing location with a lovely view we stayed here before a couple of years ago We found every thing exactly the same except every thing is now well worn it definitely needs some T L C to bring it back to it's former glory but it's still a very nice place to holiday in.

  Lovely apartment in an excellent location right on the harbour side. Very clean and well equipped though the sloping ceiling in the main bedroom is low (as indicated).

  Well equipped and great location with fantastic views. Do not underestimate the sloping ceilings in the master bedroom and ensuite , you will be crawling to get in and out of the far side of the bed. Would not recommend as being suitable for very young children.

  As I said property is in a poor state and needs maintenance carried out, Cracked toilet,been like from previous owner Grouting in main bathroom mould and sink has a faulty plug All the little things that made a holiday special gone,why no explanation and information book is 3yrs out of date also pat testing is well past it’s sell buy date including boilers THIS IS A LEGAL REQUIREMENT. And finally the view,lovely if we didn’t have to clean the filthy windows and yet again mentioned in previous years the poor state of maintenance of the balcony.

  Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at Seascape. Firstly please rest assured that the boiler has an annual inspection and these records are entirely up to date regardless of what labels may be displaying at the apartment. Whilst there is no legal requirement for holiday homes to PAT test electrical appliances we always take a proactive approach to ensuring all appliances in our holiday homes are in full and safe working order. Seascape was inspected by our maintenance team at the end of last year and a number of items were raised and rectified. However, we will pass on your feedback regarding the bathroom. We will double-check the holiday home manual and amend it to make sure this information is up to date. We do have a window cleaner who visits Seascape on a regular schedule. As the apartment is so close to the sea it can be a challenge to keep on top of the windows. If we are aware of any issues during a guest’s stay we would certainly send the window cleaner back again.   This two storey apartment was in an amazing location. From the south west facing balcony, we had a view over the whole of the harbour and the old town. There was always a boating activity to watch. Although central, the apartment was very quiet, and we couldn’t fault the cleanliness. There were however one or two niggles ( no instruction manuals for the appliances, lights not working in the kitchen, and the plug not working in the main bathroom) which was why we only gave four stars. It would be great If these could be sorted out. We did find the main bedroom problematic, although this was clearly pointed out in the information. Overall though, a really fantastic place to stay.

We are going to chat with the caretaker and ask for a full list of appliances so we can collate a copy of the manuals for our guests. I know the bathroom plug has since been repaired.   This apartment is superb, we have now stayed in Seascape twice. The balcony is amazing, should the weather prevents its use, the view of the harbour from the lounge is still fabulous. The beds are super-comfortable and the bathrooms are very luxurious with abundant hot water. The kitchen is perfect and with Tesco's downstairs, not to mention the proximity of Falmouth town centre and its wonderful pubs, cafes and restaurants, the location couldn't be better.
