  We have stayed her before and we loved the property just as much the second time around. The garden is dog proof which was important to us and Emma who owns the cottage lives next door and comes in to water the hanging baskets and put hedgehog food in the box in the garden is a lovely lady. The cottage is really cosy and in a quiet location. and there are plenty of places to see around the area. We visited the Trebah Gardens and St Mawes, which are two of our facourite places and easily accessible from Mawan Smith, the location. The cottage was very clean and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is downstairs but Emma has provided lights that plug into the powerpoints in the bedroom so you can take them out and use them as torches if you need to go downstairs at night. We have 2 dogs and Emma left out treats for them an a lovely welcoming cream tea for us, also leaving some milk, which was handy as we arrived late after a long journey due delays on the road to Launceston. I cannot recommend this cottage enough!

  An immaculately presented and positioned property with a plethora of walks from the cottage and lovely sea views from the twin room (in October so fewer leaves on the trees). The small details including the books and games, wood burner along with the well equipped kitchen made this a real home from home. We will be back!!

  Trerose Farm Cottage is a lovely cottage. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Emma, the owner, who lives next door is wonderful. She is helpful and very friendly. When we arrived the TV wasn't working - no problem, she went in to her house and brought us their telly. Emma is always updating the cottage with new furniture or carpets or kitchen equipment. Her guests are her priority. The garden is lovely behind a stone wall, secluded and delightful. Emma puts in a lot of effort into the garden and it shows. This cottage is ideally situated for discovering the Helford and Lizard areas.

  Very comfortable cottage that we have returned to on many occasions. Emma, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. There are improvements to the facilities everything we book! Can't recommend highly enough.

  A wonderful and welcoming place, with friendly and unobtrusive attention from the hosts, who provide delicious scones on arrival, and love dogs! The location is quiet and peaceful and ideally situated for beautiful walks and beaches. We look forward to coming back again.

  Beautiful little cottage, wonderful host cant do enough for you, always goes over and above, Emma provides more that you normally find in a holiday let, like kitchen towel,cleaning products, lots of equipment if you enjoy cooking/baking.

  A beautiful, comfortable and clean cottage, with everything that you could possibly need.. Very dog friendly and a lovely garden , Emma is lovely and extremely helpful. We had an issue with the oven tripping the electrics when we arrived on the Friday, I spoke to Emma she arranged for an electrician to look at it the next day (Saturday) and it was all sorted by the time we returned to the cottage on Saturday afternoon. This was amazing as I am not sure we would have got an electrician that quickly at home!! I would highly recommend a stay at Trerose Farm Cottage

  Wonderful country cottage. When we arrived we were greeted with flowers and cream scones a fantastic welcome after a very long drive. The cottage was spotless and very well equipped, with a lovely private garden. The cottage is in an ideal location to stroll down to the beach and there are lots of lovely walks with amazing views. The owners are very considerate and friendly, we will definitely return.

  Cottage is perfect for a relaxing time by the sea. Emma the owner always goes above and beyond, The kitchen is very well equipped, lots of things you would not expect from a holiday let. Very clear and worm.
