Tor and Lucy are committed to selling food that aligns with their values—grass-fed, free-range meat and poultry, sustainably caught fish and seafood, and locally grown vegetables from producers they personally know. Their products are grown, reared, caught, or made in Cornwall, making them entirely seasonal. They ensure transparency about the origin and production of their food. Although not all products are grown in Cornwall, they source them from local companies, allowing customers to complete a fresh shop with a wider range of organic vegetables, fruits, and dairy year-round.

The business began in a tiny shop on the outskirts of Truro city centre. During the pandemic in 2020, Tor and Lucy sold their shop and café in Truro to focus exclusively on food delivery from their warehouse in Redruth. From delivering to just one person in their first week, they’ve grown the business through hard work, a dedicated team, loyal customers, and excellent produce.
