Indidog eatery was designed and created by Simon and Vanessa Clark of Highcliffe Contemporary Bed and Breakfast. They have taken their knowledge of the hospitality industry, eye for contemporary design and ability to notice and incorporate important details, to form a showstopping and delicious dining experience.
Working alongside Paul Ripley, a Michelin Star Chef who’s famed for working for Nathan Outlaw, Rick Stein, The Cornish Food Store and Sharp’s brewery, they have created a unique menu that’s specially designed for Falmouth: set to deliver homemade dishes which celebrate local and seasonal produce, that fits around the lifestyles of those working and living in this vibrant harbour town.
INDIdog has an open plan kitchen so guests can enjoy the theatrics and feel a part of the culinary buzz. By day they offer bountiful breakfasts and brunches which include dishes such as a vegan full English and berry pancake stacks. Their lovely brunch menu which is served from 11:30 – 3:00 hosts plates of scallops and buttermilk chicken and menu items such as three cheese asparagus sandwiches and broad bean falafels served on flatbread.
Their evening menu is formed from the classics with a comforting and modern twist. Expect to see marvellous menu items such as primrose herd pork fillet saltimbocca, chickpea, apricot and vegetable tagine with minted couscous, and Cornish day boat flatfish with confit garlic and sorrel butter.
