Inside, the kitchen-dining area is warm and inviting. Underfoot is a natural stone heated floor and the walls a warm neutral linen in colour. If you’re staying at the cottage you can enjoy free daytime entry and as soon as the visitors leave you get exclusive after-hours access to the garden’s four miles of scenic footpaths and private beach on the Helford River. This former coach house invites you to unwind in style with its botanical-themed Edwardian interiors and splendid touches like a roll-top bath. The Helford River is a hidden Cornish destination that not everyone knows about. It is a place where you can stumble upon a secluded beach or a hidden rocky spot, for a quiet picnic and a moment of calm away from busier spots.
