– There is no entry fee to enter the photography competition

– You must be the photographer and the owner of the image for it to be eligible for entry

– One draw entry per stay

– Please describe clearly where the photo was taken when you submit the form

– Please ensure your image is saved as a JPEG file

– Please keep image manipulation to a minimum to accurately represent the object or view photographed. The quality of the image must be suitable for our website (a minimum resolution of 2000 pixels) and we reserve the right to reject entries if they do not meet our quality standards  

– The prize of £100 off your next stay cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer

– The prize of £100 off your next stay must be taken within 12 months of the competition announcement

– This is an annual competition. The winner of this competition will be announced on our social media platforms during August

– Cornish Holiday Cottages accepts no responsibility for any possible fraud committed by a contestant

– Cornish Holiday Cottages reserves the right to refuse any entries at its discretion at any time

– By entering the competition, the photographer retains the rights to their photograph and grants permission for Cornish Holiday Cottages to use submissions in promotional materials free of charge

– Cornish Holiday Cottages reserves the right to terminate this competition at any time

– By entering the competition, all entrants agree to Cornish Holiday Cottages publishing their name, entry information and photo online on our website and social media pages

– By entering this contest you release Cornish Holiday Cottages from any claim made by the copyright owner of any photograph submitted
